What is your experience and do you provide references? 

Our Founder and CEO, Corrine Markey, has been providing these services to clients for 10 years. She draws from her vast experience during her very successful, 30-year career in consulting and corporate and non-profit management. She has served on a variety of non-profit boards including several years on the Advisory Board of the American Red Cross Blood Services of Northern Ohio. She holds a B.A. in Economics from Northeastern University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Are you a member of any professional organizations? 

Yes. We are members of the American Association of Daily Money Managers (AADMM), Financial Planning Association (FPA), South Dade Estate Planning Council (SDEPC), Society of Certified Senior Advisors, American Life Care Association (ALCA), National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO), American Society on Aging, local Chambers of Commerce, Elder Issues Committee/Mayor’s Initiative on Aging and the Florida State Guardianship Association

What specialties do you have and training have you received?

Harvard educated Corrine Markey is a Daily Money Manager, Care Manager, Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) and commissioned Notary Public. 

How do services get started? 

To start our services please call The Seniors’ Answer® at 954-270-1363. Services generally begin as soon as you need – even on the same day.

What do you charge and how often do you bill? 

Depending on the need, Clients enter into either an Hourly Arrangement or a Telephone-Only Retainer contract. We charge by the hour, but for on-going situations we offer a retainer arrangement.

Hourly Billing: Under our Standard Hourly Billing contract, the Client will be billed at the rate of $175.00 per hour for services provided in 15-minute increments, for a standard business day of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. 

Any services performed before 9:00 am or after 5:00 pm weekdays or on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays shall be billed at the rate of $295.00 per hour.  Emergency situations that require an immediate consultation will be billed at the rate of $350 per hour.

We charge for all out-of-pocket costs the client has requested us to provide. All rates and fees are subject to review and revision. 

Telephone Retainer: We offer clients who need on-going services a monthly retainer option which is $1000 per month for a minimum of three (3) months. 

Payment: Payment is due at the time the service is provided. All fees are due upon receipt, payable by check or credit card. Checks are made payable to Personal Affairs Management Florida, LLC. If a credit card is used for payment a 5.0% processing fee will be charged. 

Is there a minimum contract period for service? 

No. Whether you need one-time or continuing assistance, we will help you. Our minimum fee is $175.00 per hour.

Can I use a credit card to pay my bill and if so, which ones? 

Yes, Mastercard or Visa. A five percent (5%) processing fee will be charge for credit card payments.

What if I wish to cancel my services? 

Services provided by The Seniors’ Answer® can be cancelled at any time by calling or emailing our office.

How is my privacy maintained? 

Your information is kept strictly confidential. Only the The Seniors’ Answer® personnel directly involved with your account will have access to your information. The Seniors’ Answer® does not sell information to any third party or affiliates.

All federal and state guidelines relevant to the privacy of personal and healthcare information are followed. This begins on the first day of service. The service agreement clarifies any restrictions on the use of your information. Unauthorized family members will not have access without the client’s or legally authorized representative’s formal consent.
